Unselfish ambition, noble life-motives, and purity-these constituents of thought, mingling, constitute individually and collectively true happiness, strength, and permanence. ~ Mary Baker Eddy

Learning Opportunities

For skill-building, team-building, resolving conflict

When people want to learn new skills or sharpen existing ones to support their work,
I deliver in two ways:

1) Action Learning—bring the learning into the work environment so that participants
learn and apply, reflect, learn and apply, reflect, continuing in short cycles
that focus on the critical issue.

2) Workshops—a more traditional classroom approach using mini-lectures combined
    with hands-on learning and reflection.

Working with the client, we co-create learning opportunities, drawing on my thirty-five years
of experience and the following methodologies:

Appreciative Inquiry
Facilitation 101
LeadershipPlenty
Better Decision-Making
Compassionate Communications

Outcomes tend to:

•  Develop a larger vocabulary and conceptual framework for working through tough issues
•  Encourage shared responsibility for values and performance
•  Enhance collaboration and improve partnerships

You choose great topics for programs and discussions.
