Better Decision-Making: Acting on Your Highest Sense of Right

Making better decisions is about making tough choices, based on share core values, that influence the power to act in service to others and ourselves.

Adapted, in part, from the work of the Institute for Global Ethics, this interactive, sequential workshop helps participants:

  • examine and value the life experiences that shape and inform integrity
  • identify shared core values and behaviors
  • draw on the perspectives of philosophy, faith traditions, and life perspectives
    to think strategically and intuitively
  • practice a process of values-based decision-making
  • identify personal resources that support better decision-making
  • discuss the courage needed to act from one’s highest sense of right

The workshops last anywhere from 3 hours – 2 days depending on desired outcomes.
