Responsibles carry the burden of our free society. They exist in every segment of the community…but they rarely form an effective network of responsibility because they don’t know one another across the segments [of society]. They must find each other, learn to communicate, and find common ground. Then they can function as the Keepers of the Long-Term Agenda. ~John Gardner

A Warm Welcome!

To teachers, administrators, managers, leaders, change agents . . . .

Whether in the classroom, office, or neighborhood, if you want to

  • strengthen the capacity for critical thinking
  • improve performance
  • ignite innovation
  • develop leaders
  • initiate change

I can help you in the following ways:

Ethical Decision-Making Skills
Are there tough decisions to be made in your classroom, organization, or community?  When a decision can go one way or another and both choices are valid, what can
be done?

Here's how we can work together: As a
Trainer / Teacher, my students and clients learn ethical decision-making skills. This process takes into consideration competing factors
and helps the students and clients develop options not immediately evident. This process replaces chance with intention when making tough decisions.

Appreciative Inquiry  (Visit Learning Space E-Zine)
Is performance in your classroom or organization as good as you'd like it to be?  Would you like to tap into the energy of an asset-based approach to problem-solving?

Here's how we can work together: As a
Consultant, I act as a thinking-partner, actively listening, asking fresh questions, and leveraging strengths to co-design creative solutions.

Facilitator / Moderator
Is your organization or community group finding it difficult to keep positive momentum going when issues become complex and unmanageable? Would you like to move from uncertainty to creative solutions?

Here's how we can work together: As a Facilitator / Moderator, I create the learning space where all feel safe to explore a problem and work toward discovering innovative ways to solve that problem. Fear and stalled momentum give way to discovery and strength-based strategic thinking and acting.
